Our expertise is in:
We are not re-modelers, contractors, or designers, but are consultants that guide you toward solutions and then finds the professionals to execute on these ideas. Our solutions and technologies will get you to the independence, safety, and peace of mind Seniors and their families desire.
According to an AARP study, 90 percent of people age 65 and older would prefer to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. Comfort, convenience, independence, safety, and security are all preferred reasons for wanting to stay in their familiar surroundings.
The U.S. Census Bureau also projects that by the year 2030, there will be nearly 72 million Americans over the age of 65. This means that the issues and challenges relating to aging in home will only increase in importance.
As Seniors age, the need for assistance also increases. Falls, memory issues, accessibility challenges, or a medical condition that requires regular monitoring are often catalysts that can force Seniors to leave their home.
Less obvious but of equal concern , is the decline of social access and the potential for loneliness that can occur with reduced mobility, fewer daily interactions with others (due to retirement), or even the loss of a spouse.
Innovations in home automation, healthcare, and fitness make our daily lives easier. For the elderly though, these same technologies can significantly enhance their overall quality of life.
While many of these technologies are used off the shelf, many don't address the challenges that are specific to a Senior's needs. With explosive growth projected by 2030 of those 65 and older. and with a greater awareness of these challenges, technology companies have already begun creating Senior specific products to fill this need.
With new products being introduced and technology constantly evolving, we stay apprised of these changes and will continue to update our solutions regularly. We'll be a reliable and trusted source of information that you and your Senior parents can always depend on.
Aging parents are unique and require solutions specific to their needs. We can do a comprehensive assessment to uncover these needs and can prepare a custom solution that creates an atmosphere of independence that's safe, accessible, and worry free for you and your aging parents.
Throwing a myriad of products at the problem isn't the answer. Seniors also need solutions that address their specific needs and without complication. Our consulting services can help you to find solutions that not only interact seamlessly, but are also complimentary to everyone's needs.
Whether its a mobility issue, emergency response, healthcare management, or socialization needs, there's technology available and a solution that can fill your specific needs.
Implementing a full spectrum of products and services can be expensive. We'll find solutions for you and your family that will provide flexibility in planning, needs, and budget.
As our parents age, their needs can change quickly. Pre-planning can help to avoid the shock and confusion of unexpected changes for your parents and ensure that solutions also evolve with their needs.
